BLECH!!! err.. im unfamiliar wif this blog layout and there are certain changes i wanna make..

these are the following changes i want, but i dunno how T.T
-insert audio file into these bloggy. (nid to host song on net. but how to?)
-change my layout and insert some of my fav pics

anyone can lend a hand? T.T
