this week damn xiong. IPPT final test i got silver results. high-end silver i think.
Sit-ups --> 42 = 5 pts
Shuttle Run --> 10sec = 5 pts
Standing Board Jump --> 243 = 5 pts
Chin-ups --> 8 = 3 pts
2.4km run --> 10.03 min = 5 pts

tmd. that chin-ups spoiled me getting a gold for ippt.
2 more chin ups needed. and my 2.4km need to run lesser than 9.45min.

after that we did fast march. walk so fast my feet hurts till now. anyone has got any good remedy for that? =(

my battleon char has finally levelled. stuck at weeks. lol
