anyway, yesterday went to run 15km from bishan to amk den back to bishan = 1 round.
1 round = 5km.
3 rounds lor.
my knees hurt a lot. plus got muscles pain at leg. back also strain. running posture.

later going out for relative de wedding.
den back to camp le. sianded.
